Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Aysten website and Enterprise Decision Intelligence platform ("Service") provided by Aysten ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these Terms. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.

2. Acceptable use

• Do not use the Service to violate any law or third-party right.
• Do not upload content that infringes intellectual property, contains malware, or violates privacy laws.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.

3. AI-generated insights

Aysten uses artificial intelligence to help you explore data and draft analyses. AI outputs are probabilistic and may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before relying on it for business, financial, legal, medical, or other consequential decisions.

4. Uploaded data ownership

You retain ownership of all data you upload. You grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the Service to you. We do not use your data to train third-party AI models.

5. Beta / Private Preview disclaimer

The Service is currently offered as a private preview. Features may change, be added, or be removed without notice. The Service is provided "as is" during this period, and availability, retention, and support are not guaranteed at the same level as a generally available product.

6. Confidentiality

Each party will protect the other party's non-public information with reasonable care and use it only to perform under these Terms.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aysten will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability under these Terms will not exceed the greater of one hundred U.S. dollars ($100) or the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if required to protect the Service or its users.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
